As a full service provider we supply fully reconditioned gearbox exchange units. All work fully guaranteed. We do require the old unit as a trade in as we build our own gearboxes manual and automatic gearbox exchanges. We use the casing in order to put stock back on the shelf, by building our own gearboxes we can guarantee you will be getting a quality product and not a 2nd hand Gearbox. We pride ourselves on professionalism and quality in all products. We also do fitment and all our exchange units come with free labour and oil. This service is also fully guaranteed.

This is a serious overlooked service that causes major mechanical damage to all makes of an automatic gearbox. From your normal automatic old school Gearbox’s to your DSG. S TRONIC. CVT. HYDROSTATIC, O9G. 09K, PDK, 6HP, 5HP. ALL HP BOXES. All these boxes have to have their oils and filters replaced. There is a huge number of people who have not been educated that their automatic gearboxes need to be serviced just like the engines do. Theses boxes of oils and filters need to be changed regularly. Our main causes of Gearbox replacement are due to oil contamination. The viscosity of the oil is lost over time and cannot continue to lubricate the box. It overheats and the box breaks without your knowledge. Gearboxes services are vital to maintaining a good running automatic gearbox.
